  UPDATE : Make sure your user account is a member of the vboxusers account. VirtualBox will not start and the error will tell you this, but just want to be explicit. • ReSharper 4.0 Nightly builds

  I just recently found out about this, and may be late on the band wagon, but you can download the ReSharper 4.0 nightly builds for free. They last ~15 days, so you will have to uninstall the build you have and then install a more recent nightly build...   UPDATE: Be aware that SharpDevelop doesn't seem to support the Web Application Project support. It will handle ASP.NET Web Site Creation (Normal 2.0 web site project) but is doesn't have the ability to handle the legacy (1.1-) way of site project...
